General Liability

The general liability and negligence litigators of Murray-Nolan Berutti LLC have defended cases throughout the State of New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area, as well as in other states where we have had local counsel assist us. We are contributors to the Claims Litigation Management (“CLM”) association, and have been lecturers on the topic of litigation to other attorneys. We specialize in defense of general liability claims. We continue that tradition emphasizing aggressive defense litigation. Not only are we active litigators, but we also participate proactively with risk managers with a view toward eliminating and/or controlling claims exposure.
