Second Amendment
Murray-Nolan Berutti LLC has brought one of the first challenges to a New Jersey law which is believed to violate the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, since the United States Supreme Court clarified the scope and intent of such right in the 2022 landmark Bruen decision. Our attorneys are prepared to help make sense of the current landscape and to ensure that those affected by laws and acts which infringe on such rights are met with the proper legal response.
